Answer
When you are added to ANVL, you receive a Welcome Email that includes your username and a link to set your password. The link allows you to create your own password before signing in.
If you are new to ANVL and your welcome link is not working, the issue is usually related to link expiration, case sensitivity, or password formatting.
ANVL welcome links expire after 24 hours. If the link is expired or your temporary password is not working, use Forgot Password? from the ANVL login screen to request a new verification email. In some cases, your supervisor or ANVL Business Administrator may also need to reset it for you.
Steps
Check when you received your Welcome to ANVL email.
If the link is more than 24 hours old, open the ANVL login screen and select Forgot Password?
Enter your username exactly as provided.
Check your email for the new verification message.
If entering a temporary password, make sure it includes all characters exactly as shown, including punctuation and capitalization.
If copying and pasting, remove any extra spaces before or after the password.
If the issue continues, contact your supervisor or ANVL Business Administrator for help resetting your access.
Additional Details
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
Temporary passwords may include special characters.
If your company uses SSO, do not use the welcome link. Sign in with Single Sign-On instead.
If you use SSO and cannot sign in, contact your company’s IT department.
