Answer

If ANVL says your username or password is invalid, the issue is usually related to incorrect credentials, case sensitivity, an expired temporary password, or using the wrong sign-in method. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), sign in with SSO instead of entering a username and password.

Steps

  1. Re-enter your username and password carefully.

  2. Check for correct capitalization, special characters, and extra spaces.

  3. If you are a new user, confirm your temporary password or welcome link has not expired.

  4. If needed, use Forgot Password? to reset your password.

  5. If your organization uses SSO, select Sign in with SSO instead of using username and password.

  6. If you still cannot sign in, contact your supervisor, System Manager, or ANVL Support.

Additional Details

  • ANVL logins are case sensitive.

  • Temporary passwords expire 24 hours after the Welcome Email is sent.

  • If you have never signed in before and the temporary password has expired, your supervisor or ANVL Business Administrator may need to reset or resend your access.

  • If you forgot your username, your supervisor or ANVL Support can help confirm it.

  • If your company uses SSO and you cannot sign in, contact your company’s IT department.
