Answer

This message means your username or password does not match what ANVL expects. Common causes include case sensitivity, extra spaces, an expired temporary password, or attempting to sign in with username and password when your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO).

Steps

  1. Re-enter your username exactly as provided.

  2. Re-enter your password carefully, including capitalization, numbers, and special characters.

  3. If you copied and pasted your password, remove any extra spaces before or after it.

  4. If you are a new user, check whether your temporary password or setup link has expired.

  5. If needed, select Forgot Password? on the login screen to reset your password.

  6. If your organization uses SSO, select Sign in with SSO and sign in with your work email.

  7. If you still cannot sign in, contact your supervisor or ANVL Business Administrator to confirm your username and reset your access if needed.
