Answer
If you cannot find a workflow in ANVL Insights, the most common reasons are that the workflow has not synced yet or you are looking in the wrong Group.
ANVL Workflows can capture work offline, but the workflow will only appear in ANVL Insights after the device reconnects to the internet and finishes syncing.
Steps
Confirm the workflow was completed in ANVL Workflows.
In ANVL Insights, make sure you are viewing the correct Group for the workflow you are trying to find.
Ask the person who completed the workflow to open ANVL Workflows and check the status bar at the bottom of the screen:
Yellow bar = offline
Gray bar = connected to the internet
If the device is offline, connect it to a strong Wi-Fi or mobile signal.
Leave ANVL Workflows open so syncing can finish.
If the device is already connected, keep the app open and allow uploads to complete.
Refresh ANVL Insights and search for the workflow again.
Additional Details
Work completed offline will not appear in ANVL Insights until it syncs.
Encourage frontline users to connect to the internet regularly so their work uploads.
Do not force close the app while waiting for workflows to sync.
