Why can’t my supervisor see my work?

If your supervisor cannot see your work, the most common reason is that the workflow has not synced yet or the supervisor is viewing a different Group than the one where the work was completed. ANVL can capture work while offline, but your device must reconnect to the internet for that work to upload and become visible to your supervisor.


Steps

  1. Check whether your device is offline in ANVL.

  2. If you see a yellow bar, reconnect to Wi-Fi or a strong mobile signal.

  3. Leave ANVL open so the work has time to upload.

  4. Do not force close the app while troubleshooting.

  5. Ask your supervisor to confirm they are viewing the same Group where the workflow was completed.

Additional Details

  • ANVL can capture work while offline, but supervisors cannot see it until it syncs.

  • If the bar is gray, the device is connected to the internet. Keep the app open to allow syncing to finish.

  • Connect to the internet regularly so saved work can upload.

  • Force closing the app while offline may interrupt sync behavior and can risk unsynced work.

  • If the supervisor is in the wrong Group, they may not see the completed workflow even after it has synced.
