How do I add a new user?

In Anvl for Web, supervisors can review account information for all users. This includes username, email, phone number, and notification settings.

To add a new user:

  1. Go to the Users tab at insights.anvl.com

  2. Select the blue Add User button

  3. Fill out the form with the new user’s information

  4. Click Create

New users will receive a Welcome Email. This email has their username and a temporary password.

The password expires 24 hours after the user is created. You should encourage your user to sign-in right away.
