How Do I Update My ANVL Account?

Has your email, phone number, or manager changed? Update your account in just a few steps.

If your email, phone number, or manager has changed, you can update certain profile settings in ANVL Manager (insights.anvl.com). You cannot change your username. If you use ANVL Workforce or only the ANVL mobile app, contact your Supervisor to request updates.

Supervisors can review and update account information for users, including email, phone number, and notification settings.


Answer

Users with ANVL Manager access can update their profile information through the Preferences menu in the web portal.


Steps

  1. In the upper-right corner, locate “Welcome back, [Your Name]”.

  2. Click the dropdown arrow.

  3. Select Preferences.

  4. Update your account information as needed.

  5. Click Update in the top right corner to save your changes.

Note: Usernames cannot be changed. If a username change is required, contact support@anvl.com.
