You can update your own account details in Preferences. This is where you can manage items such as your name, email, phone number, language, product access, group membership visibility, and notification settings. You cannot change your username.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Select your name in the upper-right corner.
Open the dropdown and select Preferences.
Update your account details as needed.
Select Update to save your changes.
Additional Details
You can update your first name, last name, email, phone number, language, and certain product access settings.
You can review the groups you belong to and remove yourself from a group if needed.
If you need to be added to a group, someone with access to that group or your System Manager must add you.
Note: Usernames cannot be changed. If a username change is required, contact support@anvl.com.
