Can I delete a workflow I started on accident?

If you selected the wrong workflow and started it unintentionally, you can delete it — as long as it has not been completed or marked incomplete.

Answer

Yes. You can delete a workflow that is still In Progress directly from the Work screen in the ANVL mobile app.

Steps

  1. Open the workflow you want to delete.

  2. Tap Keep In Progress or Close in the corner of the screen.

  3. This will return you to the Work screen.

  4. Locate the workflow in your In Progress list.

  5. Swipe left on the workflow.

  6. Tap Delete.

The workflow will be permanently removed from your device.

  • Only workflows marked In Progress can be deleted.

  • Workflows marked Complete or Incomplete cannot be deleted.

  • Workflows may automatically “time out” if left open for an extended period (typically 12–72 hours).

  • Timed-out workflows are marked Incomplete and cannot be deleted.

  • If you are unsure whether a workflow should be removed, contact your supervisor before deleting.
