On certain workflows and questions, Anvl allows uploaded images from your device. Below are step-by-step instructions for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
Granting Photo Library Access on iOS Devices (iPhone and iPad)
1. Open Settings:
Tap the Settings app on your home screen.
2. Scroll Down and Find Anvl:
Scroll down to the list of apps at the bottom and tap Anvl.
Tap on Photos
3. Choose Access Level:
You’ll have the following options:
None: No access to photos.
Selected Photos: Allows access only to the photos you choose.
All Photos: Grants full access to all photos in your library.
Choose All Photos or Selected Photos as per your need.
4. Close Settings:
You can now close the Settings app. The Anvl app will have the necessary permissions to access your photo library.
Granting Photo Library Access on Android Devices
Note: The steps may vary slightly depending on your device model and Android version.
1. Open Settings:
Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Settings gear icon, or locate the Settings app on your home screen.
2. Tap on Apps:
Scroll down and tap Apps or App Management depending on your device.
3. Find and Tap on Anvl:
Scroll through the list of installed apps and tap on Anvl.
4. Tap on Permissions:
In the App Info screen, tap Permissions.
5. Enable Storage Access:
Tap Storage (or Files and Media depending on your device).
Choose Allow to grant Anvl access to your photo library.
6. Close Settings:
You can now exit the Settings app. Anvl will have the necessary permissions to access your photos.
Granting Photo Library Access on Windows Devices
1. Open Settings:
Click the Start button and select the Settings gear icon.
2. Go to Privacy Settings:
In the Settings window, click Privacy.
3. Access App Permissions for Photos:
In the left-hand menu, scroll down to App permissions and click Photos.
4. Enable Photo Access for Anvl:
Ensure that the Allow apps to access your photos toggle is turned on.
Scroll down to find Anvl in the list of apps and make sure the toggle next to it is turned on
You can now close the Settings window. The Anvl app will have access to your photos.
Additional Tips
Check Permissions in the Anvl App: Some apps, including Anvl, may prompt you directly to grant photo access when you try to upload a photo for the first time.
Revisit Permissions Anytime: You can always revisit these settings if you need to adjust or revoke access.
