Answer

Some ANVL workflows allow you to upload images from your device. To use that feature, ANVL must have permission to access your photo library. This setting is managed on your device, not in ANVL.

You can allow photo access for ANVL in your device’s app permission settings.

Steps

  1. Open your device’s Settings.

  2. Find ANVL in your app settings.

  3. Open Permissions or Photos settings.

  4. Allow ANVL to access your photos or photo library.

  5. Return to ANVL and try uploading the image again.

Additional Details

  • ANVL may ask for photo access the first time you try to upload an image.

  • You can change or remove photo access later in your device settings.

  • Some workflow questions may only allow photos to be taken with the device camera and do not allow upload from the photo library. This behavior is controlled by your organization’s workflow configuration.

  • On company-managed devices, photo permissions may be restricted by your organization’s IT settings.
