We know that when you're out using Anvl, you don't always have enough time to take care of a workflow in one go. Your data is always saved to Anvl, but if you need to "pause" a workflow you are on, make sure to use the "Keep In Progress/Close" button in the app.

Keep in mind that Workflows will not stay “In-Progress” permanently. Your company has set timeouts that will mark an “In Progress” workflow as “Incomplete after a set number of hours or days.

Make sure you are always completing your Workflows within your company’s given timeframes. Otherwise your workflow will be marked as "Incomplete"
