Use Modify User in ANVL Insights to add someone to more than one Group when their role requires access across sites, departments, or locations.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Users.
Search for the user you want to update.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name.
Select Modify > Modify User.
Find the Group section.
Select all Groups the user should have access to.
Select Update to save your changes.
Ask the user to log out and log back in so the changes refresh on their device.
Additional Details
A user can be assigned to more than one Group if needed for their role.
If you do not see the Groups you need, contact your System Manager or another internal administrator with access to those Groups.
Changes to Group access may not appear immediately in the user’s app until they sign out and back in.
