Answer

Use the user’s Language setting in ANVL Insights to change the language used for system text such as menus, buttons, and other platform labels.

Note: This setting does not translate workflow content or workflow questions.

Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to Users.

  3. Select the checkbox next to the user you want to update.

  4. Click ModifyModify User.

  5. In the Language section, select the desired language.

  6. Select Update to save the change.

  7. Ask the user to log out and log back in to see the updated system language.

Additional Details

  • On mobile devices, the device language should also be set to the same language for menus to display correctly.

  • This setting changes system text only. It does not translate workflows such as JSAs, JHAs, briefings, inspections, or audits.

  • If additional languages or workflow translation is needed, work with your Benchmark Gensuite account team.

  • Some exported data may not display special-character languages well in spreadsheet tools.
