Answer

This error typically occurs due to incorrect credentials, case sensitivity issues, or an expired temporary password. Follow the steps below to identify and correct the problem.

Steps

1. Verify Your Username and Password

  1. Re-enter your username exactly as provided.

  2. Confirm correct capitalization (ANVL logins are case sensitive).

  3. Re-enter your password, ensuring:

    • At least one capital letter

    • At least one number or symbol

    • Minimum of 8 characters

    • All required special characters are included

  4. If copying and pasting, confirm there are no extra spaces before or after the password.

  5. If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password? on the login screen to reset it.

  6. If you forgot your username, contact your supervisor or ANVL Support.

Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours.

2. Check if Your Temporary Password Has Expired

If you have never logged in before:

  1. Locate your Welcome Email from ANVL.

  2. Temporary passwords expire 24 hours after receipt.

  3. If expired, select Forgot Password? on the login screen to receive a new setup email.

  4. If needed, contact your supervisor or ANVL Support to resend the Welcome Email.

3. Confirm Whether Your Organization Uses Single Sign-On (SSO)

  1. On the login screen, select Does your company use single sign-on? Click here.

  2. Enter your work email address.

  3. Complete authentication through your organization’s identity provider.

If unsure whether your organization uses SSO, confirm with your supervisor or IT department.

Repeated failed login attempts may temporarily lock your account. If issues continue, contact ANVL Support.
