If Anvl tells you "The username or password you entered is invalid" this article will help

If you are receiving an error message on the Anvl login screen that states The username or password you entered is invalid, follow the tips below. This error message can have a few different causes.

Make sure you are entering your username or password correctly

This error will pop up if you are entering the incorrect username or password. Remember that Anvl logins are case-sensitive. Make sure that any capital letters in your username or password are capitalized and that you include any special characters. All Anvl passwords requires at least one capital letter and a number/symbol. They also must be at least 8 characters long.

You can ask a supervisor or email support@anvl.com to help identify your username if you forgot it. If you forgot your password, check out this article.

If you haven't logged into Anvl before, make sure your temporary password hasn't expired

This error will also pop up if your temporary password has expired. Temporary passwords expire 24 hours after you receive your Welcome email from Anvl.

If you are confident your username and password are correct, connect with a supervisor or email us at support@anvl.com to have your Welcome email resent.

Single Sign-On

If your company uses single sign-on with Anvl, simply press the "Does your company use single sign on? Click here" on the buttom of the login screen to receive a prompt with your provide to login.
