You can use Anvl's Messages feature to contact your frontline users after they raise a flag. In Messages, users can send videos, photos, files, and text to follow-up on questions.
Start a conversation in the web portal by replying to a "Flag" in Live Feed. Once you respond, a conversation will be opened with the Workforce user who raised the flag.
You can find your messages by going to the Messages tab on the top navigation bar. Within the Messages tab, you can see all flags raised by your users. Click on a message in your inbox on the left side of your screen to review and respond.
