Anvl Actions is our latest release to enable supervisors, managers, and safety leaders to take action to resolve issues identified by frontline workers. It also ensures manager accountability by tracking whether or not issues identified were addressed. After all, why ask your team to identify and document issues if steps to address the issues now and prevent them from happening again in the future?

Key Features

  • Open, Review, and Resolve issues in real time with Anvl.

  • Review, document, and assign follow up actions

  • Close the communication loop with frontline workers

  • Hold supervisors and managers accountable

  • Store & track over time to drive continuous improvement

How it Works

Utilize Live Feed to easily access your Open, In Review, and Closed Anvl Actions at any time. This gives a quick, summary view of what is going on at your site and can be filtered to easily identify what issues need to be addressed and which have been addressed. Select an individual workflow if you want to dig in further to an issue that was identified.

Simply select the Stop, Intervention, or Flag icons within a workflow to start an Anvl Action. This opens a thread documenting your team’s progress towards resolving the issue. Easily add documents, photos, and encourage other employees to participate in the solution.

Once an issue is resolved, simply “Close” the action. Upon closure, the icon will turn green indicating the completion of an Anvl Action.
