What are Anvl Actions?

Anvl Actions enable supervisors, managers, and safety leaders to take action to resolve issues identified by frontline workers. It also ensures manager accountability by tracking whether or not issues identified were addressed.

Key Features

  • Open, Review, and Resolve issues in real time.

  • Document and assign follow-up actions.

  • Close the communication loop with frontline workers.

  • Hold supervisors and managers accountable.

  • Track issues over time to drive continuous improvement.

  • New: Add users to an action and send direct messages.

  • New: Create an action on any workflow.

How it Works

Use the Live Feed to access Open, In Review, and Closed Anvl Actions. This gives a quick overview of site issues, allowing you to easily identify what needs attention. Select an individual workflow to dive deeper into specific issues.

  • Start an Action: Click the Stop, Intervention, or Flag icons within a workflow to start an Anvl Action. This opens a thread to document progress, add documents, photos, and involve other employees in the solution.

  • New Feature: Add User to an Action

    • Click the user icon next to the action and select the user.

    • Use the @ sign to send direct messages to the added user.

    • Select Share Via Email to notify users of the action by email.

  • New Feature: Workflow Level Actions

    • Actions can now be raised on any workflow at any time, without being tied to a previously identified issue.

  • Resolve an Issue: Click "Close" to resolve the action. The icon will turn green to indicate completion.
