Work is a great way to organize your Anvl Workflows into sortable folders. This can come in handy for jobs where dozens of Workflows are needed or for jobs where multiple folks need access.
Work can only be edited from the Manager Dashboard. If you don't have manager access, you will need to ask your manager to help make the changes.
You can easily make changes to Work on insights.anvl.com. By editing work, you can add additional workers, provide yourself access to a specific Work to complete a workflow, or ensure that Work information is correct.
Steps
Go to the Work page, insights.anvl.com/jobs
Select the Work you'd wish to modify by checking the box next to it
Find the "Actions" drop down menu in the upper right corner
Select "Modify Work"
Make your desired updates to any of the fields
Work Name
Unique ID
Application
Location
Worker(s)
Once you've updated the Work, make sure to refresh the page or your Anvl app to see the updated fields. Remember, you must be connected to internet for the changes to go through to different devices.
