Why It Matters
Ensures safety, quality, and operational issues identified by frontline workers are addressed and controlled.
Creates clear accountability by tracking when and how issues are reviewed, acted on, and closed.
When to Do This
When a Stop, Intervention, or Flag is raised in a workflow.
During daily or shift-based reviews of open safety and quality items.
When leadership expectations require timely action closure.
What Are Anvl Actions?
Anvl Actions allow supervisors and managers to open, review, and resolve issues in real time.
Actions create a documented thread showing progress from identification to closure.
System behavior: Actions remain visible and reportable even after they are formally closed.
Key Capabilities

Communicate directly with frontline workers in the action thread.
Attach photos and tag other employees for collaboration.
Track actions over time to support continuous improvement.

Review the details and document your response.
Add comments, upload photos, and tag other users as needed.
Take corrective action to address the issue.
Coordinate with the appropriate personnel if follow-up work is required.
Select Close Action once the issue is resolved.
System behavior: The icon turns green, indicating successful completion.
Expectations for Reviewing and Closing Actions
Interventions: Review within a defined timeframe based on site or program expectations.
Flags: Respond promptly and close the same day whenever possible.
Stops: Require immediate action and rapid mitigation before work continues.
System behavior: Action timing and status are tracked for visibility and accountability.
