Answer
The Vault stores files and links shared with your site. You can open Vault content while online, and supported files can be downloaded to your device for offline access.
Files in the Vault can be opened online and downloaded to your device for offline use. Links can be opened from the Vault but cannot be downloaded.
Steps
iOS (iPhone / iPad)
Open ANVL and go to the Vault.
Select the content you want to access.
If the item is a file, tap the Export icon.
Choose Save to Files or Share.
Android
Open ANVL and go to the Vault.
Select the content you want to access.
If the item is a file you will be prompted to download the file.
Rename the file if needed, then select Download.
Web
Log in to ANVL Workflows.
Open the Vault.
Select the content you want to access.
If the item is a file, it will download to your device.
Additional Details
Files such as PDFs, documents, and videos can be downloaded.
Links cannot be downloaded and require an internet connection to open.
You must access the Vault while online before downloading content.
Downloaded files may become outdated if the original Vault file is updated.
