The Vault stores important files and links shared with your site. While Vault content is designed to be accessed online, you can download files to your device for offline use.
Answer
You can open files directly from the Vault while online and download supported files to your device for offline access. Links cannot be downloaded and require an internet connection to open.
Steps
iOS (iPhone / iPad)
Open the Anvl app.
Navigate to the Vault.
Select the content you want to access.
Note: Links cannot be downloaded.
Tap the Export icon (box with an arrow).
Choose one of the following:
Save to Files to store it on your device.
Share to send via email, messaging, or a cloud app.
To view saved files, open the Files app on your device.
Android
Open the Anvl app.
Navigate to the Vault.
Select the content you want to access.
Note: Links cannot be downloaded.
Tap the More options icon (three dots).
Choose one of the following:
Save to device.
Share via email, messaging, or a cloud app.
Open your device’s Files app to view saved content.
Web (Windows or workflows.anvl.com)
Log in to workflows.anvl.com.
Open the Vault.
Select the content you want to access.
Note: Links cannot be downloaded.
The file will download automatically.
Open your device’s Downloads folder.
From there, you can open, move, share, or delete the file.
Additional Details
Files (PDFs, documents, videos, etc.) can be downloaded.
Links require an internet connection and cannot be saved for offline use.
Downloaded files may become outdated if the original Vault file is updated.
You must access the Vault while online before downloading content.
