Use Vault in ANVL Insights to update an existing file, link, or resource name for a site or group. This is useful when a document needs to be replaced, a link needs to be updated, or the resource name needs to be corrected.
Steps
Open ANVL Insights.
Go to Vault.
Select the checkbox next to the content you want to update.
Select Modify > Modify Content.
Update the Resource Name and/or replace the file or link.
Select Update Content.
Additional Details
Changes apply immediately.
Updates affect everyone who has access to that content in the selected Group.
Supported content may include files such as images, videos, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and external links.
