How do I add content to the Vault?

Answer

Use the Vault in ANVL Insights to upload files or add links for a specific Group or site. This is useful when you need to share current procedures, reference documents, job aids, or other resources with frontline users.


Steps

  1. Open ANVL Insights.

  2. Go to Vault.

  3. Select Add.

  4. Choose Upload File or Add Link.

  5. Enter a clear Resource Name.

  6. Upload the file or paste the link.

  7. Select the Group(s) or site(s) that should have access.

  8. Select Add to Vault.

Add a link to the Vault.

Additional Details

  • Vault content is shared by Group or site.

  • Only people in the selected Group can see the content.

  • Vault content is generally available online only.

  • Supported content may include files such as images, videos, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and external links.
