Why can't I use my account?

There can be several reasons why your Anyday account is currently blocked for new purchases. When you try to shop, you will always see a short message explaining the reason.

The most common reasons are:

  • You have a secret/protected address.

  • You have an active credit warning, check here.

  • You are registered in RKI, check here.

  • You have requested to close your account.

  • You have an overdue amount that has not been paid.

  • You have a previous agreement with customer service that temporarily prevents new purchases.

Credit assessment and reset credit

When you shop with Anyday, we carry out a credit assessment to ensure that you meet the requirements. This assessment is not permanent, as your financial situation may change.

Therefore, you may experience that your credit is reset to DKK 0, even if you previously had credit. This happens because we are required to conduct a new assessment if:

  • More than one year has passed since your last credit assessment, or

  • You were granted credit but did not use it within 2 months.

  • If you have received 2 reminders within the same month due to a missed installment.

What should I do now?

If you believe the reason for the block is no longer valid, or if you would like to have your account reactivated, you can contact our customer service. We will be happy to review your case and reopen your account if the conditions are met.

Note: If you have requested to close your account, we store certain information for a period afterward. During this period, you may experience an error if you try to create a new account. If this applies to you, simply contact our support team, and we can reactivate your account so you can use it again.
