How do I know if my order went through, and where can I find my order number?

As soon as your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the webshop where you made your purchase.

Where can I find my order number? The best place to find your correct order ID is always through the webshop:

  1. The confirmation email from the webshop: Check the receipt or order confirmation that the webshop sent to your email. This contains the exact order number the store uses in their system.

  2. Your Anyday account: You can also log in to your MyAnyday account and find the order under the "Orders" tab.

Note (Important regarding order numbers): Depending on the webshop's system, the order number displayed on your Anyday account might be an internal transaction number. This can look different from the actual order number the webshop sent you. Therefore, we always recommend using the number provided in the confirmation email from the webshop when you contact them.

What if I cannot find the order number? If you cannot find the confirmation email from the webshop, or if you have questions regarding the delivery or status of your order, please get in touch with the customer service of that specific webshop. Unfortunately, Anyday does not have access to the shops' internal systems, product information, or delivery status.
