Anyday automatically requires a new credit assessment in certain situations. This ensures that your credit limit continues to reflect your current financial situation.

When does this happen?

  • At least once every 12 months.

  • If you’ve completed a credit assessment, been granted credit, but haven’t used it within 2 months.

  • If you have received 2 reminders within the same month due to a missed installment.

What happens when a new assessment is required?

  • Your credit line will temporarily be set to 0 DKK until you complete the new assessment.

  • You won’t be able to split new purchases into installments at checkout with Anyday until the assessment is done.

  • Existing installment plans are not affected. Even if the new assessment results in a rejection, you can continue paying off any active orders as usual.

How do I complete the new assessment?

  • You can complete it directly in the checkout flow.

  • Or, log in to your account and follow the banner on the home page that says “There is more to do…”
