If you’d like a higher credit limit, or if you were not approved in your last assessment and want to try again, you’ll need to request a new credit assessment.
When can I get a new assessment?
We can open a new assessment every 30 days.
Previous assessments don’t affect the outcome – each assessment is independent.
You’ll automatically be asked to complete a new assessment at least once a year. If you haven’t used your assigned credit, this will happen sooner – within 2 months of your most recent assessment. Or if you have received 2 reminders within the same month due to a missed installment.
What happens when I start a new assessment?
Your current credit limit will temporarily be set to 0 DKK.
In the new assessment, you may:
be declined,
receive a lower credit,
keep the same credit,
or be approved for a higher credit.
Any existing installment plans you are already paying off will not be affected, even if you are declined or receive a lower limit.
How do I request a new assessment?
If you’d like a new credit assessment, please contact our support team, who can open it for you.
Once the assessment is opened, a banner will appear on the front page of your account saying 'There is more to do...'.
Please note: This banner is only visible when a new assessment is either automatically required by the system or when our support team has just opened it for you.
