The Application Process

Written by Ville

Anyfin pays off your existing credit and refinances it on better terms. Applying is free and non-binding — it doesn't commit you to anything.

Who can apply?

General requirements across all countries:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Resident in your country

  • Have a credit to refinance

  • Income from work, pension, or sickness benefit (student loans, housing benefit, and social welfare are not accepted)

  • No active collection proceedings or significant payment defaults

Exact eligibility criteria vary by country — see the article in your language for details.

How to apply

  1. Open the Anyfin app or website and click "Apply" / "Move your loan."

  2. Select your current lender from the list.

  3. Connect your credit digitally (e.g. via BankID in Sweden) or upload a photo of your latest invoice.

  4. Add any additional credits you'd like to refinance in the same application.

  5. Answer a few questions about your finances and submit.

You'll receive an offer showing your new interest rate, monthly payment, and repayment term. Once you accept, Anyfin pays off your old lender directly within 1–3 business days. Your first monthly invoice will arrive by email.

How long does it take?

Most applications are processed the same day. Processing can slow down if we need additional information from you — respond quickly to any requests and your application will move through as fast as possible.

Does applying affect my credit score?

We run a credit check as part of every application. In Germany, this has no impact on your Schufa score. In Sweden, we take one UC check valid for 30 days (60 days if you become a customer), regardless of how many invoices you submit.

What if my application is rejected?

You'll be notified by email. You can always reapply if your financial situation changes.
