The "Service Settings" page is the first page you are taken to when you click into any Applause location from the Home page.
This page contains the settings that control the majority of the customer experience, by location (if you have more than one set-up). The "locations" in Applause "mirror" your branch set-up in your company's CRM. Each company is different, and we set-up accounts after aligning on the correct configuration with admins during onboarding.
Reasons why this page is important:
This is the same area of the Admin portal you go through during your onboarding with Applause on what we call your "customizations" call. These location settings determine and control what your customers see during their experience with their Applause requests.
There are other important things to access in this page, like your Do not contact (DNC) list and sending a manual request.
