As of Q1 in 2026, 2FA is required for all Applause accounts. This extra layer of security helps protect your account and your organization's data from unauthorized access.
What's changing: When logging into Applause, you'll be asked to enter a six-digit code sent to your phone via text message. You'll only need to do this once every 30 days.

What you need to do: Please add a valid mobile phone number to your account:
Those with admin permissions:

Enter a valid phone number (capable of receiving SMS messages)
Via mobile app:
Open the Applause app and tap your profile icon
Select “Personal information”
Enter a valid phone number (capable of receiving SMS messages)
