From your the home page of Applause, click "Locations" and then into the corresponding location where you want to make the change in.
Towards the bottom of the page, you will see this section called "Public reviews"
If you're changing out a link for another one for Google, in the "Google Review URL" box you will see your current URL in that section. This is the link that is embedded in your landing page for your customers and is where they are directed to when they click to leave a review. Remove the current link and paste in the new one where you want reviews to now be directed to.
You can also toggle to "facebook" or the 'Custom" review platform option to paste in other links that will take your customers elsewhere to leave a review at that particular review platform.
