When you have a new hire, you'll want to quickly & easily be able to Add a New contact. To add a New Contact, click on the STAFFING page at the top Left of your screen.
From here, look on the left side of the screen, then to the top and click ADD CONTACT.
To successfully add a new contact, there are a few fields that are mandatory to fill out: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Worker Type, Role.
Remember, if you want your workers to register and use Apploi Schedule, you'll need to click the checkbox "Send email registration invite to Apploi Schedule".
Once you click Add Contact on the bottom right, you can go to the Staffing page, Schedule Page, or Master Rotation and search for the worker to find them successfully added.
