New Look: Changing Job Owners

Managing job postings efficiently is crucial for smooth collaboration. Apploi allows quick ownership changes to keep responsibilities clear.

The column labeled Owner identifies the current job owner.


Select the Job:

Locate the job you'd like to change ownership for, then click the checkbox to the left of the job listing.



Access the Ownership Change Tool:

After selecting the job, a menu bar will appear at the bottom of your screen. Click on the interwoven arrows icon to initiate the ownership change.



Choose the New Job Owner:

A dropdown menu will appear, select the new job owner from this list of Apploi users.



Select the Apploi user from the dropdown list who will become the new job owner.



Confirm the Change:

Click Continue to select the new job owner



A confirmation alert will appear, clearly explaining the implications of changing the job owner. Click Confirm to finalize your changes


Once complete, you will see a green notification that the change was successful!


Need to update multiple job owners simultaneously? Simply select multiple jobs by checking the boxes next to each job, and then follow the same process above. Bulk changes streamline your workflow, especially when managing large numbers of job postings.
