The Message Inbox helps you manage all your candidate communication from one organized place. Instead of navigating individual candidate profiles or multiple tabs, you can now see every conversation in a single, easy-to-use inbox.
What Is the Message Inbox?
The Message Inbox centralizes every candidate message your team receives or sends across all jobs. It allows you to:
View conversations for one facility in one place
Respond faster without opening each candidate profile
Mark messages as read/unread
See message history and context instantly
Collaborate with your team more effectively
Where to Find the Message Inbox
Log into your Apploi account.
Navigate to the Messages tab in the left-side menu.
The page automatically loads your full inbox of candidate conversations.
Inbox Layout Overview
Your message inbox is split into two main sections:
1. Conversation List (Left Panel)
This panel displays all ongoing conversations. You’ll see:
Candidate name
Job applied for
Job location (city and state)
Timestamp
Read/unread status
Unread filter
2. Message Thread (Right Panel)
When you click a conversation, the full message history appears here. You can:
Read past messages
See attachments or templates used
Respond directly
Mark unread

No. Messaging will continue to appear in application activity logs.

The bell icon shows the number of unarchived candidates with unread messages.
