If some of your jobs are seeing reduced visibility on job boards, our Repost with AI feature can help.
This tool uses AI to create an updated version of your job posting based on job board best practices, with a new job title and a new job description, then reposts it as an optimized listing in accordance with our job board partners. This can help improve the job’s ability to be indexed for improved visibility.
How It Works
When you use Repost with AI, the system will:
Analyze your existing job post
Generate a new job title based on job board guidelines
Generate an updated job description
Repost the job as an optimized listing in accordance with our job boards partners.
Best For
Use this feature when:
A job has experienced a drop in visibility on job boards
You want help optimizing titles and descriptions
How to Use It
Go to the action menu of the job you’d like to boost
Select Repost with AI
Review the suggested title and description
Re-Generate if you’d like other suggestions
Confirm and repost
You can always edit the job manually if you’d like to make some final edits
Important Notes
This feature is designed to improve visibility, but placement on job boards is not guaranteed.
We recommend reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
The original job history and associated applications remain available in your platform.
