ZipRecruiter Embedded Sponsorship

Written by Lyndsay Franklin

Overview

ZipRecruiter Embedded Sponsorship allows recruiters to sponsor jobs directly from within Hire, without leaving the platform.

Instead of navigating to an external job board, recruiters can launch the ZipRecruiter sponsorship experience directly from a job in Hire and immediately begin promoting their job to increase visibility and applicant volume.

Benefits

With ZipRecruiter Embedded Sponsorship, you can:

  • Predict your recruiting spend with straightforward, flat-rate sponsorship pricing, making it easier to budget for hiring campaigns.

  • Sponsor jobs directly from the same place you manage your jobs.

  • Increase your job's visibility to reach more qualified candidates.

  • Receive applicants directly into Hire.

  • Get a $100 credit on the first jobs you sponsor with ZipRecruiter

How it works

  1. On the Jobs page, click the "Sponsor" button on a published job

  2. Select "Sponsor on ZipRecruiter"

  3. Add other jobs to sponsor if needed

  4. Start your sponsorship by selecting your payment method

    5. Confirm: you will receive a confirmation notification

    6. Once your sponsorship is active, your job will receive increased visibility on ZipRecruiter

Only users with permission to sponsor jobs can initiate or manage ZipRecruiter sponsorships

Pause Sponsored Jobs

After a job has been sponsored, you can reopen the sponsorship experience from the job to:

  • pause sponsorship when needed

  • re-sponsor by updating billing information

Best Practices

  • Sponsor your highest-priority or hardest - to - fill positions

  • Ensure your job title and description are complete before sponsoring.

  • Review applicant volume and quality regularly to determine which roles benefit most from sponsorship

  • Pause sponsorships for roles that have been filled to avoid unnecessary spend.
