The Rating feature in Apploi allows you to give each candidate a star rating from 1-5. This can be helpful to flag either qualified or unqualified candidates when quickly screening through a long list.
When you want to rate a candidate, navigate to the candidates profile and click on "Rate Candidate"
To delete the star rating, simply click on the trash can icon shown above.
Once you have your candidates rated, you can now utilize the filtering feature to filter by those star ratings.
In addition to the filters, you can also sort candidates on the Candidates Page by their star rating:
Once you've decided which applicants you'd like to reach out to, send them a text or email to schedule an interview!
Note: Ratings are visible and editable by all users with access to an applicant. If you give applicant John Smith a 5 star rating, your colleagues in Apploi will also see his rating as 5 stars.
