Managing Your Account Information and Preferences

Learn how to change your contact info, disable all email notifications, and find your Customer Success Manager's contact details

If you ever need to update any of your account information or preferences in Apploi, you can do so in the My Account section.

My Account

To access the Account Details page, click on your initials in the top right corner of the page and select Account Details.

Contact Information

The Personal Details section allows you to make any updates to your name or phone number. This phone number is only used if you are utilizing the *|RECRUITER_PHONE_NUMBER|* merge field in message templates. To make any changes, simply update your name or phone number . Once you've updated your contact information, click on the Save Changes button to submit the changes.

Credentials

The Credentials section allows you to update your login email and password, or reset your password. To edit your credentials, click on the edit button and click save once the new email or password has been added. To reset your password, click on the reset password button and you'll receive a link in your email inbox to create a new password.

Email Notification Preferences

The Email Notification Preferences section is a global setting for all application email notifications. This allows you to disable email notifications for applications entirely, rather than needing to manage notifications per job. Only use this feature if you never want to receive new application email notifications in Apploi.
