Overview

A key feature of subscriptions is your customers' ability to easily access and manage their recurring orders. While logging in to their user profile within a store is the conventional way for customers to access subscriptions, with Appstle, that is no longer a hard requirement!

Magic link

When a customer places a recurring order and opts in for a subscription, they will automatically get the 'Subscription Created' email from your store, generated by Appstle. This email will contain a link which is unique to that specific subscription. Your customers can use this link to access and manage their orders without needing to login.

The screenshot below showcases the default welcome email template. The unique, or 'magic link' as we call it, will be embedded in the 'Manage Subscription' button in the email.

The link enables your customers to enjoy all functionalities of the customer portal, such as pausing, changing delivery dates, or canceling the subscription.
