How To: Review Your Payments

If you need to review payments you have made to Art Storefronts, you’ll want to check out the Payments section within the billing area. This is available for all users from Artists, to Galleries, to Print Studios.

Regularly checking the Payments section is a great way to verify charges, understand your billing breakdown, and maintain transparency around transactions.

In the Billing section—outlined below—you’ll be able to view your plan type, all charges related to services and license fees, and your default credit card on file.

To view your site’s billing details, continue to the next section.

  1. Log in to your Art Storefronts Control Panel and in the Jump To Menu select the option labeled Billing.

  2. On the next page, click on the tab labeled Payments.

  3. You’ll be taken to a new page where you can see a list of payments. You may see payments that are successful. You may also see payments that were not successful.
