If you need to replace the credit card listed on your Art Storefronts account, you can go in and change it. This applies to all customers, from Artists to Print Studios.

Additionally, in case of a payment failure, such as due to an expired or stolen card, prompt action is necessary to avoid service interruptions. Updating the information and resolving any bank issues can help maintain continuity.

Updating your payment method ensures smooth transaction processing for your recurring payments and vendor orders.

Failed charges will also be automatically reattempted once the payment method is updated, ensuring minimal disruption to your account.

If a payment fails due to an expired, stolen, or invalid card, the system will reattempt the transaction once updated details are provided. Promptly updating your information or consulting customer support can prevent further issues.

Step 1: Prepare to Update Your Payment Method

  • Verify the updated credit card information with your bank to ensure its readiness for online transactions.

  • Gather all necessary payment details, such as card number, expiration date, and billing address.

  • Update your card details early if you anticipate an expiration or replacement.

  • Ensure accuracy when entering card information to prevent transaction errors.

Step 2: Post-Update Actions

  • Once the new card is set as default, Art Storefronts will automatically process any outstanding charges using the updated payment method.

  • The new card will also be used for all future transactions, including site license fees and vendor orders.

Furthermore, failed transactions from outdated card information will be retried automatically once the card is updated.

  1. Log in to your Art Storefronts Site Manager and in the Jump To Menu, select the Billing.

  2. Click on the tab labeled Credit Cards.

  3. Click Add Credit Card. Please Note: If you have more than one card on file, you will want to make sure the card you want to use as your primary is set to the Default Card.

  4. Enter the Full Name on Card.

  5. Enter the Card Number.

  6. Enter the CVV.

  7. Enter the Expiration Date.

  8. Enter the Billing Address Zip Code.

  9. Click Add & Verify Credit Card and your new card will be added to your account.

  10. Once the new card is active on the page, last step is to make it a "Default" card used for payments.

  11. You can remove outdated cards if necessary by using the delete option.
