For those utilizing the Co-Pilot service, it is ultimately entirely up to you to choose which product you may want us to use or not use in the Co-Pilot Service.
This feature will allow us to focus on products that you think are a good fit for this service or that You want to showcase.
Note: All products are set automatically to be enabled for usage, if there are any that you would not like us to use, here is how to disable them from being used in the Co-Pilot service
These first few steps will be the same whether you are looking to disable a single product or multiple products at a time:
Open your Site Manager
Make sure that you've selected "Pages"
Scroll down to where it reads "Stand-Alone Pages" and choose a desired Warehouse
Once you open a Warehouse you will want to remain on the Products tab
Scroll down and find a desired Product (s)
If you want to disable a single product, you will need to do the following:
Click on Edit product and then stay on the Info tab
There, you will see the Use for Art Marketing Co-Pilot button
it will be switched to “Yes” if you want to turn it off, just click on the button and it will go to “No”
Don’t forget to Save the changes before you leave the page, this is located in the bottom right-hand corner of your site manager in blue
In case you want to disable multiple products, we will proceed with the bulk disable option.
In the Products tab, make sure to select all the products you want to disable
Next, click Bulk Edit.
Select the Use Product for Art Marketing Co-Pilot option from the pop-up menu.
There, you will see the Use for Art Marketing Co-Pilot button (it will be switched to “Yes” but if you want to turn it off, just click on the button and it will go to “No”)
Click Bulk Update at the bottom of the screen.
Don’t forget to Save the changes before you leave the page - just click on Save.
And that’s it! You have successfully chosen not to use these products for the Co-Pilot program
