Welcome to the Artwork Dashboard. You’re now just a few steps away from being able to take bookings from your patrons. In this step, you’ll manage and customize your artworks to make sure everything is set up just how you want it.
Alpha testers: Auto-generated artwork images
As part of the alpha testing phase, your artworks will have auto-generated images. Don’t worry, though—soon, you’ll be able to upload and set your own images for each piece. This feature will be available in the near future, so stay tuned.
Visibility of your artworks
In the dashboard, you’ll see three example artworks. Two of them are visible on your public page, while one is hidden. This is how you can manage which artworks appear on your public-facing page. You can activate or deactivate the visibility of any artwork by toggling the slider next to it. If you’re just getting started, we recommend setting all the artworks to Hidden to ensure that nothing is accidentally listed for sale before you’re ready.
Preview your public page
To see what your page looks like to your patrons, click on the text in the bottom left corner (on desktop) that says “View gallery page.” This will give you a preview of your public page, including the visibility of your artworks. It’s a helpful way to double-check before you start selling.
Editing and managing artworks
Feel free to click on any artwork to start editing it. You can also right-click the three horizontal dots next to an artwork and select Edit from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the editing page, where you can update the details of the artwork, such as the title, description, and availability.
If you need to delete an artwork, you can do this in the same way - right-click the three dots and select Delete. If you want to add a new artwork, simply click the New button in the top right corner to get started.
Setting duration for meet the artist
For any artwork that doesn’t have the “Meet the Artist” option, the Duration will be set to 0 by default. This allows patrons to purchase the artwork without being prompted to schedule a meeting. If you want to offer a meeting for a specific artwork, you will be able to adjust the duration accordingly in the next step.
Final step coming up - edit your artwork settings and get ready to share your profile.
