We have an optional Schedule Appointment feature, which allows your clients to book appointments with you. This feature is designed to cut down the admin time of doing the back-and-forth scheduling with interested clients so you can keep them focussed on why they're making a payment and makes it straightforward for them to see your availability.
Setting your availability
You have the ability to set your standard availability for each week, and these times can be adjusted at any time. On this page we're just setting your general availability, however later on you can customise this more granularly.
You can also have multiple calendars with different availability and have different ones active on different offerings, for example, you may have different hours for online and in-person appointments.
You also have an override setting so if you want specific days off. For example if you're away for the weekend but you usually have availability then, or if something comes up.
You can update these times whenever necessary, and you can even switch off availability for specific offerings. You can customise your calendar in any way that suits you.
More flexibility with availability
The copy button on the right allows you to copy your availability from one day to multiple days, so you don’t have to input the same times every time. You can also use the plus button to add breaks in your day. For example, if you want to work from 9 am to 12 pm, then take a lunch break, you can set another availability from 2 pm to 5 pm for the same day.
Hiding your profile
If you ever need to take your profile offline or prevent clients from booking time with you, you can easily hide your profile with a single click. Just click your profile image in the top left corner, then select "You are currently available (change)". This lets you toggle your availability - once it says "You are currently unavailable (change)", your profile will be hidden.
To see what your profile looks like to clients, click View offerings page in the bottom left corner. When your profile is hidden, none of your details will be visible, and clients won’t be able to book appointments with you.
Upcoming features
We’re working on a feature that will allow you to sync your calendar with Artega to simplify scheduling further. In the meantime, we’ve added a feature that lets you override specific days if you’re taking time off. You’ll also be able to decide how far in advance clients can choose appointment times.
For now, set your general availability, so your clients know when you’re available for an appointment. You can always adjust these hours as needed later on, or keep them turned off if you want to coordinate availability with clients directly or accept payments without arranging an appointment.
