Subscriptions renew automatically at the same rate you paid when you first subscribed, unless you cancel before the renewal date. This includes promotional and discounted rates — if you subscribed at a sale price, that is the price your subscription will renew at.
1. Renewals are billed to the payment method saved in your account.
2. The renewal occurs at the end of your billing cycle.
3. If a payment fails, access will pause until you update your payment method.
Can I apply a discount code to my renewal?
No — discount codes and promotional pricing apply at the time of purchase only and cannot be applied to renewals. Your subscription will renew at the rate you originally paid.
If you'd like to take advantage of a current promotion, you can cancel your active subscription before it renews and re-subscribe at the new price. Keep in mind that cancelling ends your current term and the new subscription will begin a fresh billing cycle.
Managing Your Renewal
You can manage your renewal settings in My Account > Subscriptions, where you'll find options to:
Cancel Renewal: End your subscription at the close of your current paid term.
Update Payment Method: Change or update the credit card on file.
Pause Renewal: Delay your subscription from renewing at the end of your current paid term (your access continues until then).
