Canceled, but your access hasn't ended yet
Select your username in the top-right corner, then choose Manage Subscription. Select the subscription, choose Reactivate, then confirm with Reactivate Subscription. Your membership continues and renews as before.
Your membership has ended
Go to your school's page. On Manage Subscription, an ended subscription shows Resubscribe with a View school button that takes you there.
Click the sign-up button. Depending on your account, it may say Start Free Trial or something else.
Choose your plan.
At checkout, check that you're logged in. If you are, the page shows the email address on your account. If it asks you to create a new account instead, log in first with your existing email.
Complete checkout.
Logging in first keeps your new membership on your existing account, so you don't end up with two.
Paying with PayPal, or something doesn't look right?
If you pay with PayPal, or you've paid and still can't see your school, contact us and we'll fix your access.
