Select your username in the top-right corner, then choose Manage Subscription. Select your subscription, then choose Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current term and won't renew afterward.
How do I know it worked?
On the Manage Subscription page, your subscription shows as Canceled, with the date your access ends. If you canceled during a free trial, the trial ends without a charge.
If you still see a billing date, or you don't see your subscription at all, you may be logged in to a different account. Check the username in the top-right corner. If it still doesn't look right, contact us and we'll confirm it for you.
Paying with PayPal?
PayPal subscriptions can't be canceled from ArtistWorks. Cancel in your PayPal account instead: log in to PayPal, go to Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments, select ArtistWorks, then cancel.
