What to do in the case of a pickup?

The client chose to pick up the artwork at your gallery

Once the sale has been confirmed, after you have clicked on “Artwork Available”, the order will be under “Awaiting for availability” status.

Once the artwork is ready to be collected by the customer, you must confirm its availability in the order. As before, you will need to click on the order and confirm the address at which the artwork is available.

You will also need to upload the invoice in .pdf format before confirming by clicking “Artwork ready for collection” button in the bottom right.

Only after the customer has collected the artwork will you be able to confirm the collection in the order. You will also need to upload the artwork’s certificate of authenticity if you was specified that the artwork was sold with one (more information here), before clicking on the “Artwork collected” button in the bottom right.

Please ensure that you don’t skip any steps and that you complete them in a timely manner. There is no point in indicating that the artwork has been collected to speed up the process if this is not the case, we check with all of our customers to confirm whether or not they have collected the artwork.
