Timing & Triggers: Overview

Overview of Asklayer survey timing options, covering load delay, exit intent, time on site, idle time, and scroll depth.

An Asklayer survey can be triggered to pop up in a number of ways, depending on how a visitor interacts with the page and when.

How it works

Trigger settings are found in the "Delivery" section of the survey editor. Once you've finished creating your survey content, click "Next step".

Turn on the "Site widget" switch to access the trigger settings, found in the "Timing" section.
