How to send an email survey after a delay

How to delay Asklayer post-purchase survey emails so they arrive after your store's typical order fulfillment time.

With Asklayer, it’s not possible to detect when an order has been fulfilled on your store. However, you can delay the delivery of your post-purchase survey email to be longer than your average fulfillment time.

To configure the sending delay, click “2. Delivery” at the top of the survey editor screen, then scroll to the bottom and set the delay time (in minutes) under “Send Delay.”
