Email templates allow you to create an email once and assign it to one or multiple surveys.
Emails can be sent after a survey has been completed (for example follow up emails or emails containing coupon codes) or they can be sent after an order is received in Shopify requesting that the user fills in an survey.
Creating an email template
Navigate to 'Email templates' in the Asklayer dashboard.
Click 'Create a new template'.
Select a template closest to your needs, give it a name and click 'Use this'.
Customize the template content using the left side editor bar.
Once saved, it's ready to assign as a follow-up email.
Variables that can be used
The following variables can be used in email templates.
Use {{ coupon }} to display received coupons.
Use {{ survey_link }} or {{ survey_button }} to link to the survey.
