For users of the Wix and Shopify platforms, coupons can be auto-generated. For users of other platforms, please see the coupon pools function.
The generated coupons will be unique single-use coupons generated per user who reaches the coupon page of the survey.
After selecting or creating a new coupon page in your survey, click the 'Edit' button under 'Coupon Code' in the 'Page settings' section of the content editor on the left side of the screen.
Selecting 'Auto coupon' will allow you to configure the coupon to be generated. Selecting 'Free shipping' will auto-generate a free shipping coupon. 'Static coupon' allows you to enter a pre-defined (non-automatic) coupon code.
Once the coupon is configured it can be shown in the survey or sent to the user via a follow-up email.
