Coupons can be sent via follow-up emails after the user has completed a survey. Please note the user must complete the survey to the end to trigger this action and partial completions will not trigger it.
Create an email template containing the {{ coupon }} tag. Email template instructions can be found here.
Click the 'Email the participant' switch in the 'Actions' tab of the survey editor and assign the desired email template.
